Salad mixes are the part of fresh-cut that saves the most manual work in large kitchens: otherwise, leafy salads have to be trimmed, washed, cut and gently dried one by one. Salad is the most delicate fresh-cut product. That is why we deliver next-day and up to five times a week, cold-chain compliant, to all 16 German federal states. This lets you order smaller quantities more often instead of keeping stock.
